Shipping
HoneyVale offers Free Shipping on all orders. Delivery typically arrives within 6β9 business days from the date of the order. Estimated delivery times are also displayed at checkout based on your location.
Processing
Order processing begins the same day the order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1 business days before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Timeframes
All items β including our larger 100cmβ190cm colossal plushies β are delivered within 5β8 business days from dispatch.
Package Arrival & Expansion
To minimize shipping costs and environmental impact, larger items are shipped using vacuum compression. Upon arrival, your plush may appear compressed β this is normal. Allow 24β48 hours for the PP cotton filling to fully expand to its intended shape.
Tracking & Support
Every order comes with carrier tracking sent to your email. If your order has not arrived within the stated window, contact our support team and we will resolve it promptly.
